1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing foliove.com (hereinafter the “Website”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the Website.

2. Legal Capacity

To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and use the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use. You warrant that all information you provide on the Website is true and accurate.

FOLIOVE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute relating to payment for a previous order.

3. Intellectual Property

As the creator of the works presented on the Website, the artist Marie Troff remains the copyright holder under French law. The rights to reproduce and display the works available on foliove.com belong to their author and are protected under © FOLIOVE.

Prior authorisation from FOLIOVE is required for any use of these rights. In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code, only private use is permitted.

All elements appearing on the Website, as well as the Website itself, are protected by copyright, trademark rights, design rights and all other intellectual property rights. These elements include, without limitation, prints, images, drawings, illustrations, photographs, magnets, logos, screensavers, wallpapers, trademarks, designs and software.

All such elements belong to FOLIOVE or are used with the permission of their respective owners.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of foliove.com or any part of its content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright, design rights or trademark rights. Under Article L.335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code, copyright infringement may be punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment and a fine of €300,000.

4. Liability and Warranties

The Products offered comply with applicable French legislation. FOLIOVE makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date and reserves the right to correct its content at any time and without prior notice.

Accordingly, FOLIOVE accepts no liability for interruptions to the Website, bugs, inaccuracies or omissions in information available on the Website, hacking, or damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party that leads to changes to information made available on the Website.

The Website may contain links to other websites. FOLIOVE cannot be held liable for access problems or content relating to such third-party websites.

FOLIOVE undertakes to honour all statutory warranties and guarantees to which you may be entitled.

As the works presented on the Website comply with the requirements of French law, FOLIOVE cannot be held liable for any breach of legislation specific to the country to which a work is delivered. You are therefore responsible for checking with the relevant authorities whether the Products or services you intend to order may be imported or used in your country.
