Gruissan Posters | Hand-Drawn Illustrations

The salt marsh in its pink tones, the Plage des Chalets, the stilt houses and that morning light that feels as if it has come straight out of an old film. I drew Gruissan from my studio in Saint-Genis, using my photos of the Aude, the aligned chalets, the sea wind and the soft shadows of late afternoon.

This selection of Gruissan posters brings together my illustrations of the resort’s iconic places: Plage des Chalets and its stilt houses made famous by Betty Blue, the Salt Marshes of Saint-Martin Island with their pink lake and Catalan fishing boats, and the salt mounds that punctuate the landscape at certain times of year. Each poster is hand-drawn, printed in France on 170 gsm premium semi-matte coated paper by an Imprim'Vert-certified partner, and delivered rolled in a cardboard tube.

Available sizes range from A4 (8.3 x 11.8 in) to 19.7 x 27.6 in. All posters are sold unframed and issued in a limited edition of 200 copies for each size.
