Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Time

Orders placed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, subject to any production lead time required for certain Products. Items marked “out of stock” can no longer be ordered.

2. Delivery Areas

FOLIOVE delivers to mainland France, countries within the European Union and all countries served by its partner carriers, including Colissimo, Mondial Relay and other carriers available through Packlink Pro.

3. Delivery Address

Products are delivered to the delivery address you provide during the ordering process. This address may differ from the billing address.

The estimated delivery time consists of the dispatch time of 24 working hours plus the delivery time required by the carrier.

For logistical reasons, it is generally no longer possible to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. However, you may contact us at contact@foliove.com or on +33 7 83 67 32 37 if you wish to change your delivery address. We will then assess the options available depending on the status of your order.

4. Delivery Methods and Times

Available delivery methods depend on the quantity and size of the items ordered and the destination country. If your order contains items of different sizes, the size of the largest item will determine the applicable delivery method.

The main carriers are:

  • Colissimo tracked delivery (La Poste) for home delivery
  • Mondial Relay for delivery to a collection point
  • Other carriers available through Packlink Pro, depending on the option selected when placing your order

FOLIOVE reserves the right to make the final choice of carrier depending on availability. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind may be made by the customer in the event of a delay attributable to the carrier.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, delivery method, and the number and size of the Products ordered. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you give final confirmation of your order.

6. Receiving Your Delivery

When you receive your order, you are responsible for opening the parcel and checking that the prints are in good condition. If you do not receive the parcel personally, please ask the person accepting it on your behalf to carry out this inspection.

If there is a problem, please return the parcel to the delivery agent (La Poste or private carrier), clearly stating the issue, and contact our customer service team on the same day. Do not sign the delivery receipt if the order has arrived damaged. No claim will be accepted if the delivery receipt has been signed without reservation.

In accordance with Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code, acceptance of transported goods extinguishes any claim against the carrier for damage or partial loss unless, within three days following receipt, excluding public holidays, the recipient has notified the carrier of their reasoned objection by extrajudicial act or registered letter.
